Fitness Sessions in Schools:
Mark works with both primary and secondary schools to develop tailor-made football, sports
and fitness programmes which help them achieve their healthy living targets.
He offers a host of flexible sports support and coaching, depending
on the needs of the individual school. This may involve running sports
sessions at after school clubs, taking PE lessons to teach children
specific skills or working with a small group of pupils who need to
improve their fitness.

Courses for Coaches:
Anyone aged 19 or over who’s looking to work as a coach in the sporting world can take
advantage of Mark’s NVQ courses. Mark works with a training provider to offer fully
accredited, free courses which lead to NVQs in football and fitness at various levels.
Whether you’re a volunteer, currently employed, self employed or unemployed (not on
Jobseekers Allowance), you can choose from an NVQ in Coaching, Teaching and Instructing
Football or in general sports coaching and allied occupations.
